Josie Gonzalez has more than 15 years of progressive human resources experience. She has had the privilege of working in different industries (hospitality, manufacturing, retail, and wholesale distribution) holding various management positions throughout her human resources career.
Currently, she is the Vice President of Human Capital at Intradeco, Inc, a wholesaler distributor of finished apparel consumer goods. She began her career with Intradeco in 2001 by developing the human resources department from the ground up. She is accountable for HR results in the US operations and partners with the company’s overseas operations in developing ongoing executive leadership and succession management programs. Josie has set the tone and established practices within Intradeco to build a culture of respect and dignity for all employees. She has facilitated in establishing the company’s mission, goals, and values with both national and international employees.
Josie is enjoys mentoring and coaching new HR professionals and those HR professionals in transition. She has contributed in the success of many professionals in the HR field by providing a solid foundation as a respected leader, mentor, and manager.
Josie holds a Master’s Degree in Human Relations and Business and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources through the Society of Human Resources Professionals and the Human Resources Certification Institute.
