Q:Define your current organizational role.
- A:I am a SVP managing all of Business Banking for the Florida Market. Our job is to help our business owners achieve their financial wellbeing while optimizing their cash flow for their business. I am a board member for the company’s Corporate D&I board in Pittsburgh. Q:Provide 1-2 points that have been important to your success.
- A:I place a strong focus on inclusion and talent management that has enabled me to have a successful career. I lead with passion and enthusiasm around people development which enables me to surround myself with such a strong team. I embody a spirit of candor at all of my meetings as we leave pride, title and egos at the door and focus on moving our business forward. I have found that approach to be very beneficial in building partnerships and driving key outcomes. Q:What do you continue to be passionate about in your career/life?
- A:People development on the job and in my personal life active with my church and coaching youth sports. I have a strong focus on character development in youth sports. So whether I am at work, home or on the basketball court I am always coaching! Q:Please add something interesting about yourself that people would not know unless you told them.
- A:I coach a nationally ranked travel basketball team based our of Palm City, Florida that last season my 4th grade team won the National Championship in Atlanta, Georgia. I also have 4 kids and amazing wife that I have been married to for 16 years.
