Elpagnier Hudson

Florida International University

El pagnier is the premier "People Person" as she has served in the Human Resources industry for over twenty-one (21) years having worked her way up the career ladder from Intern into the position of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources which she holds today with Florida International University. She regards the opportunity to direct, channel, and propel Œresources¹ of individuals as a divine calling which has been beneficial to her as well as those whose lives have been touched. She is a prolific writer as well as a passionate and captivating orator. A teacher extraordinaire, she is equally called to proficiency in leadership and administration. As a lover of knowledge, El pagnier is an avid reader, holding a BS degree in Economics as well as a Master's degree in Social Sciences. As such, she is a fervent proponent of higher education and increased learning with excellence as her way of life.

She willingly engages individuals at every level and does not consider personal interactions to be burdensome. She has the gifting to genuinely embrace all people. Her amiable personality is fortified by her strong spiritual convictions which provide the foundation for the work she has co-established with her husband of 26 years, Winston G. Hudson. She is co-founder of Cathedral of Hope which is a ministry of hope and empowerment. Elpagnier & Winston have three lovely daughters, Imani Rene, Bria Liana Devon, and Chelsea Sadia, who are the joy of their lives and conduits of their legacy.
