Eric L. Lundt
Partner
Sedgwick LLP

Eric L Lundt specializes in individual high-exposure cases and manages mass tort dockets. He is an “AV”-rated trial attorney with particular expertise in matters involving toxic torts, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and product liability for a range of products. He also has extensive appellate experience. Eric has obtained numerous defense verdicts and summary judgments in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases on behalf of several Fortune 500 companies. His clients include pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers, a major oil company, heavy equipment and automobile manufacturers and a major tobacco company.

Eric serves on the Florida Bar’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association, where he serves on the Professionalism Committee. From 1990-1992, Eric clerked for The Honorable Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. of the Third District Court of Appeal of Florida. Eric received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and earned his B.A. in business administration, cum laude, at the University of Miami.

Eric is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. He is active in the Defense Research Institute and serves on the Drug and Medical Device Committee, the Product Liability Committee and the Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee.
