Gabrielle “Gabby” Albert is “Passionately to the Point”, a Results Oriented Strategic Sourcing Professional. Gabby is a well-rounded “corporate athlete” who brings: vision, discipline/focus to the bottom line, strong analytical skills, and strategic thinking. Coupled with a team player “work-hard, play-hard” mentality she has consistently delivered above-average results in the areas of global sourcing, strategic negotiations, and category management.
Gabby is a proud Alumnus of Florida A&M University, illustrious School of Business and Industry. After graduating from FAMU’s 5year MBA program, Gabby began her career at Procter & Gamble in Global Purchasing.
For ~ 10years, she developed a stellar record in, direct material sourcing ranging from $60-$500Million savings, supporting Billion Dollar Brands such as: Pringles, Crest, Always, Pampers, Luvs, Tampax, and Swiffer. She also has cross-functional experience in category and brand management, where she led the NA Glycerine category including P&L ownership of $75MM in revenues.
After P&G, Gabby had a brief stint with The Kellogg Company as the Kellogg integration lead for all Global Brand Building Marketing needs for Pringles NA.
However, in 2015 Gabby left the Midwest and headed back to Florida, where she now calls Miami and Bacardi home. Today, Gabby is the Director of Advertising & Promotions Procurement. She is the strategic category leader & agency relationship owner for all BACARDI NA including but not limited to iconic brands: Bacardi, Grey Goose, Dewar’s, and Martini. She has sourcing ownership for ~$300MM across all A&P: media, digital, PR, promotions, Below the Line, Above the Line, creative, etc.
