Mary Muniz-Pellicer, MBA, PHR
Director of Human Resources
YWCA of Greater Miami-Dade, Inc.

Mary is the Director of Human Resources at the YWCA of Greater Miami-Dade, Inc. Mary is a multi-lingual professional with 20+ yrs of experience in Human Resources, Finance, and Administration.

Mary has been very active & involved for many years in community and professional organizations; such as Greater Miami SHRM, served as 2013 & 2014 VP Professional Development, overseeing Programs, Global Forum, Executive Summit, and Certification, 2009 Vice President of Membership, 2008 HR Florida Conference Chapter Ambassador, 2007 Hospitality & Orientation Ambassador; for SMA South Florida chapter, 2013/2014 Past-President, 2012 President, 2011 President-Elect, 2010 Sponsorship Chair; for HRABC 2015 Student Chapters/College Relations Director, 2010/2011 Diversity Committee and 2011 Conference Team Volunteer Lead.

Aside from the HR arena, Mary is active in several other volunteer organizations in South Florida. She currently serves for the Miami-Dade County Council of PTAs as the 2014/2015 1st VP for Advocacy & Legislation, 2013/2014 & 2012/2013 Resource Development Chair; also was appointed in 2008 to the NMB Commission on the Status of Women.

In recent years, Mary has presented at the 1st Florida Women’s Conference in Orlando; at the Broward County Women’s Empowerment Expo; at the Miami Beach Women’s Conference and Expo, at the Miami Gardens Business & Community Expo, at the Regional National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) annual event, at the American Society for Public Administration South Florida Chapter and at the YWCA Regional Southeast Conferences to name a few.
